Nourish yourself–body & mind & spirit–with 3 autumn offerings for women–gently led by lifelong educator, writer, yoga/yogadance instructor, Kelly Salasin in Southern Vermont:

Let Your Yoga Dance (Tuesday evenings):
Recharge with 90 minutes of music, movement & meditation through the chakras in this weekly gathering of women. Let the music (rock, classical, r&b & more) do the work. Skill & experience irrelevant. (If you can take a brisk walk, you can yogadance.) 11 classes for $123.45.  Tuesdays, 6:30 pm beginning in September. Marlboro Elementary, Marlboro, VT. 

Hits the Spot Yoga (Friday Mornings):
Nourish body, mind & spirit with 70 minutes of simple movement, music and meditation; gently explored through the chakras in a circle of women. Skill & experience irrelevant. (If you can get up and down off the floor, you can participate.)
9 classes, sliding scale $77.77-$99.99. Marlboro, VT. Fridays, 7:45-9:00 am, beginning in October. Meetinghouse School, Marlboro, VT.

Join MUSIC LOVERS of ALL ages in the New Year Kripalu YogaDance Session!

Details:

WhatKripalu YogaDance, the music-mixed workout designed for everyBODY.

When~ Thursdays at 3:45 for an hour long class, January 7-March 11.

Where~ in the Outback (gymnasium) at the Marlboro Elementary School on Route 9 in Marlboro, Vermont–just minutes from Brattleboro, Wilmington and Newfane.

Who~ All ages, skill & experience delightfully irrelevant.  No complicated steps to master.

Why~ for FUN! for FITNESS! and for FEELING good~inside and out!

How~  Dress to MOVE, dance barefoot (or with non-marking soles), bring water, mats available.
