SpRiNg Let YOUR Yoga DANCE Session 411

Dear SpRiNg Circle,

I look forward to sharing the dance with you on Thursday, April 27 in the Outback (gym) at Marlboro Elementary School on Route 9.

Walk down the path through the playground to access the gym at the door under the overhang. (The door to access the restroom is opposite the gym building.)

Bring a mat (or mat substitute) and a water bottle, and dress comfortably to move. (Layers work well, especially in the gym which can run cool even on warm days. Socks feel good too.)

Dance barefoot (or with clean, non-marking soles.)

Arrive just before 5:30 pm to settle in before we open our time together.

We open the session with the New Moon–a perfect time for new beginnings, and seeding desires, and taking it slow. It’s an earthy moon too which lends itself to this week’s chakra focus: earth, feet, roots, groundedness. We’ll move through all 7 chakras at each gathering—but add deepened attention to a single chakra as we work our way from the 1st to the 7th (see schedule below.)

This first gathering comes just before Beltane–the ancient fertility festival–mid-way point between the Spring Equinox & Summer Solstice–a potent aperture for womanly magic & manifestation.

If you’re new to the dance, prepare to be put at ease by the warm circle, the gentle guidance and the moving music, as well as the chakra container fashion to soothe, engage and inspire you.

If you’re a returning dancer, thank you for the gift of your ongoing devotion to Let YOUR Yoga DANCE, and wish me luck as I shake off my winter hermitage and become a spinner of music & movement again.

Yours in the dance,
April 2017

Note: The session rate is $123.45 come opening night. (If you’re a returning dancer, and haven’t made your payment yet, I’ll honor the pre-pay rate of $111.11.)

Reminder:  Dancers will receive access to the online Chakra Rewewal Journey following any missed gatherings.  (Online participants are welcome to attend a single dance of their choice.) Click here to find out more.
